Christmas 2016

Hope you all had a lovely Christmas! Mine was absolutely spectacular! My family and I opened presents and stockings, watched some shows together (Mission Impossible and Star Trek...yes, very non-traditional things to watch on Christmas day. ðŸ˜‰), played Twister, tried out all our new gifts, put together Christmas supper, and in all, spent a great day with each other. It wasn't a white Christmas unfortunately...but it did rain, so I guess that was okay. Better than nothing at all (and you ought to know how much I love rain). ðŸ™‚

Aside from telling y'all about my Christmas, I wanted to share a little something. On Christmas Eve, my family and I went to a Christmas Eve service at the Church. The place was all decorated up with wreaths and garlands, and everyone received a candle which was lit at the end of the service. Towards the end of the service, the pastor showed a short video - rather, a commercial - about an event during World War I where the British and Germans stopped the fighting to celebrate Christmas together. The video was quite awe-inspiring, and so I want to share it with you. You can watch it below. December 25 may be over this year, but I hope the joy and love and peace that comes with the Christmas season never ends.

May your days be merry and bright, everyone!

Muddy Feet

Little Brother walked outside in his pajamas during a slightly rainy day...without any shoes on.  I followed him around as he would stop and check something out, then continue on.  This is one of the shots I took.  Baby and toddler feet are adorable.  They're chubby, small and full of energy.  And they help the baby follow its best friends around everywhere.  Get to know your energetic kid.  They're the cutest models you can get!

11/12/13

Today's date is some sort of 'coincidence' (or what my dad calls a 'God-incidence') that I enjoy. I like it when the time is 1:11 or 4:44.

It's something that happens once in a while, maybe once a day or maybe once a year. November 12, 2013 is just one of those amazing days where there's usually nothing special about it at all. It's not a national holiday or anything like that.
And that is my short and random post for today... ;)

Rainy Leaf

I like taking photos from the subject's point-of-view. This little yellow leaf was just one in the midst of about fifty other leaves. I like the raindrops covering the ground.

Shopping in the rain

Rain, rain, rain! That's what my day's been filled with! In fact, my Mom and I just got back from grocery shopping. The rain is POURING down.
Makes me think about It's in The Rain by Enya!

We looked at Baby clothes for the new baby, too(My Mom's going to have a baby in 2013! I'm so excited!).

Awww. I thought this outfit was so cute! I've been wanting a baby girl for a LONG time! (:
My little sister loves Hello Kitty. She has a hat and a coloring book. I, myself, own Hello Kitty pajamas by some weird chance!

Oh, I can hear an Enya CD in my parent's bedroom! Have a good morning or night on your side of the world!
